See step-by-step how the sculpture was created.
The design was originally hand sketched and then redesigned in the Photoshop. I've printed 3 separate panels. I've traced the design with and transferred it on the slab of stoneware clay. The marker I've used was water-soluble. The design was cut with X-Acto knife. Slabs were bisque fired at cone 05 and glazed with the AMACO matt glazes.
For the glaze firing I've built hanging construction inside the kiln from the bricks and wires to prevent the glaze from sticking to the shelves. Final firing was done at cone 05.
Three panels were set up on the heavy foam board with rectangular holder in the middle.
